I've See Ghosts... But Are They Real?

"I was staying with my aunt and uncle for the summer and I was sleeping on a sofa in their bedroom," writes cert49 in the Paranormal Forum. "I suddenly woke up and I saw a witch who stood about four feet tall, which included the tall witch's hat. She also wore a black cape. I about raised the roof with my screams [and] about scared my aunt and uncle to death. When they asked what was wrong, I told them there was a little witch standing right by their bed. I could not believe it when they said there was nothing there. My aunt waved her hands all around the bed to show me there was nothing there. yes i know wat u mean! when i was in my grandads home i saw my dead grandmother standing looking at my cousin opersite in bed and no1 belived me at all and she was acturly standing right ther looking at me and smiling simpithetecly! dont worry i belive u 100% som peaple do see ghosts like us
It is so freaky! My friend and I investagate ghosts and paranormal figures as well. We thought her grandparents house was haunted and now her house. I still kinda think about those times and makes me wonder at night “What were we hearing and what’s going on!?” I get pretty scared during those times.
yeah i know’ i was in my computer room and i was looking at the camara tele were i could see out side and i saw like a which figure walking pastiv not told any one in case they think iam stupid
Hi im really reading stories like this one because my mom and dad once told me a story about me and ghosts. i was at my mamaws house when my mom said i started talking to something in the walls and pounding on them. They said i describe the man i was talking to. he was tall old fat and he wore bibs. i dont remember a thing. i would ask my parents if they heard him talking. This is the i ever told anybody this.The only people that is my family. Im at that house right now and every night i stay here i wake up to someone whisipering in my ear. There is an attic in this house . the opens up by itself when im there. I dont know what to do. Thanks for letting me get this off my chest.

I Am sorry to hear about your family members, loved ones and so on.
Now, Many people here report theories of ghosts and they see there ” passed on loved ones ” in the home they once lived, Now im not saying your a liar, But you have something called a brain, Your brain can sometimes get reality mixed up with Fiction, Usually, ghosts attend to appear in only the place they lived, Its because when you see them, You are thinking of them, Because you think of them, You get scared, and you think you saw a ghost, or a spirit which looked like a loved one…
BUT if you see a ghost, and when you wake up the next morning or day or so, And objects have seemed to physically move from one area to another, You either have a poltergeist or you have a family member, or friend tricking you.
Dont worry, You have nothing to be scared of.
Plus, witches never had worn those long pointy hats and capes, they wore rags and sandle-like shoes, When you were a child you may have seen someone dressed a witch, just a cartoonish type one, So dont worry either, witches are nothing to be afraid of.
if there were gosts why don’t they hunt the ones who killed them??
i belive you but i think it could be your mind playing tricks on you but i doubt it i can kindda see ghosts but it is only the outline but i once was at my friends house and theres a dance hall down the end of the garden and i saw an old woman just staring at us i often feel cold presences but mostly ignore them that was the first time i eva saw a ghost and some people take the mick but i dont care i belive you 100 percent

I have had a poltergeist in our house once but we dont live there anymore..
i used to share a room with my sister and one night the toilet flushed and i bent to see if my sister was there she was right next to me so i walked out and as soon as i looked at the bathroom the door flew open and no one was there but the lid was flapping madly. then i felt a cold kinda prescence and then this huge white thing flew past me and i was knocked out for several hours but when i woke up my family was standing over me there faces were bloodied i blinked and it was all back to normal and apparently a psycho murderer used to live in that house and killed himself and ihave never been able to sleep without the lights on for years

I don’t think that Ghosts are Real, if it’s shadows or tornadoes it’s case but it’s not about Ghosts. while the curtain moves slowly like there’s something behind it’s wrong. I saw a video that Ghost caught on Video, two guys were sit in their home, Watching Television and somehow, somewhere, things in home goes down to the floor, The two guys renting this house came back the next day after they leave through the door and packed up their stuff. They later were told that 6 years before, there had been a suicide in the house. previous occupants had also reported paranormal activity.
the simple question was: Did you see the shadow on about 24 seconds move across the room? from Metacafe.com, search there : “Ghost caught on Video”.
i know what u guys are talking about it happend to me here in jamaica when i was in a cemetery i saw this white smoke came from beneth a grave i than saw shawdows it was really devastating
Hae i so no wat u mean i waz at my cuz house nd he was alsleep nd i woke up freezn nd looked at me cuz nd there waz a ghost standen ova him pushin on his stomic nd he woke nd couldnt breath we found out that he had been playing that bord game nd that how it all started he had to go get blessed nd everyfink FREAKY

i know what you mean. When i lived in my old house, there were weird thigs that happened in the night. like dark figures that walked through wall, doors that opened randomly, and a few times it got as far as something grabbing me by the leg and pulling me down the hall! so when you say you SEE ghosts, well i can relate.
