Video - Black Forest Haunting Video
Thursday June 28, 2007
This video was shot by Steve Lee during a rather famous haunting in his home in Black Forest, Colorado in the mid-1990s. "One day we came home," said his wife Beth, "and it was like the Fourth of July in our living room and in our bedroom. We had all kinds of lights flashing through, and it sounded like people stomping across the roof. We would lay in bed at night and hear chains rattling. One night we woke up and heard orchestra music. Strange things started happening every day."

An interesting case. The video is good – where’s the rest of it? If the Lees had cameras everywhere there must be more images.
The extended story (via link) makes no mention of danger to the family, so the “gates of Hell” remark seems a bit much. I wonder if the property is near power lines, over a large mineral vein, or has some other element that might possibly contribute to strange phenomenon?
Amusing that it is in the Black Forest. Hansel and Gretel would approve.
wicked…
baloney
I remember this home and haunting on the paranormal program “Sightings”. The name “Black Forest” comes from the name of the little town just outside Colorado Springs, Colo. …not a forest. This haunting was very serious…not a hoax..and whomever wrote “baloney” is just plain wrong.
ah baloney…poor man’s steak.
There’s a great contrail on that orb. Too freaky when you freeze and zoom in on it. I wonder what’s happening there now?
I wish that more information could be provided regarding to this video and the event.
Lee’s family produced a video about the haunting. They actually did capture a huge amount of footage of the orbs and shadows that move VERY deliberately around their property. They have been extremely quiet about it since then however, preserving the peace and privacy of their home. The last statement I read from them was that they didn’t want further investigations because they had come to accept and feel protective over their special home and just wanted to raise their family in peace. In one way that’s a pity because of how unusually their activity is, but in another, good for them.
