Encounters with Chupacabras

The frightening, ravenous and elusive "goat sucker" has terrorized Puerto Rico, Mexico and Chile for years. And perhaps it has been seen in many parts of the U.S., as these unnerving reports from readers suggest. People are seeing strange things perched in trees, hiding in bushes and lurking in alleyways. We cannot say for sure, of course, if what they are seeing is really el chupacabras (if indeed the monster exists at all), but there are striking consistencies in the look and behavior of these sighted creatures. These are just some of the stories that have been sent my way.
