Sigh. The Granny Ghost video looks far too good to be true. At first, it seems that something kinda ghostly-looking is materializing in the elevator. After the two men leave, an obvious fake in a wig sloooowly and oh so spookily walks out after them. A good joke, maybe, or someone practicing their video editing skills.
Need I point out that some of the best new horror movies are coming out of Japan, Korea and other Asian countries? This has the look of a viral marketing scheme for some new flick. Obvious, but inovative. I’ll give them points for effort.
I agree — it’s too “good” to be real.

Has anyone else noticed how much cooler Japanese ghosts are? Why are American ghosts so unimaginative. I demand better quality manifestations!
It appears fake, since she gives off shadows. Usually, an entity is manifested as energy. Since energy cannot give off a shadow since it is not an actual form of mass, I would assume it’s a fake. It also seems a bit cliche. The only convincing quality is the entrance of the entity, since the man is leaning completely against the wall where the entity first appears. To be a fraud, the person would need to be on the floor taking up an unimaginably small amount of space.
negative. to be a fraud it would only need to be a composite shot.
anyone notice the guy walking in the upper left camera?at 00:47/52 is that outside?
