All I can hear is a faint background voice that sounds like either a radio or TV. It sounds male to me but I can’t make out any actual words at all. At the very end of the tape it sort of sounds like a person laughs.
I consider myself fairly adept at deciphering what is/isn’t said on most EVP’s. The example sent in by “Jay” this week (Mon.7-27) is one of the most “loaded” evp’s I’ve ever worked on. I am only halfway done with this short clip, and have spent the better part of 3 hours listening / re-running over and over again. First off, I do not hear anything remotely similar to what the sender “Jay” feels he hears. I will send Stephen Wagner(host) my findings when I am completed. But I CAN tell you that 1.)There are many, many different conversations layered over each other, with several different voices involved. I have even found a conversation between TWO participants. What was said in that instance? “I HANGED!” Then, another (younger man) says: What was it like…..Horrible??” Then, the original man answers…”Plus..I TOLD ‘YA (he emphasized those two words loudly) I was….typical….insane.” The conversation goes on from there. Like I said, I’ll send my findings to Stephen, complete with corresponding time markers (seconds)to help the listener follow along. Thank You Joel in Tucson

I got it with voicemail july 17,2009. Which I have already found 98 words,and not done yet. guy which
been doing evps for years is helping with it.
it is all evp nothing else on voicemail. It seems as if they are all talking to each other making comments mostly men women. We done one just before which I got in my home “which he couldn’t understand because it seemed to change to many different words, sentences. anyway then I was checking voicemail,and notice what seemed like evp
on the one from july 17,09. its strange because its like they are all communicating with it other.
some seem to be sayin nice things while a few others
were not so nice.. right down to a lady saying leve him alone,and relax. never got any evps like these 2
before. which I thought was a little strange being I got it in july 2009,and so did the guy above with strange evp recording. the guy heling me runs uk evp site,and said hes never heard anything like these ones I got,and hes been working on them for years. Strange
I listened to this twice.
It’s quite spooky.
I have no software to make it clearer but I can tell you what I heard.
I didn’t hear what you said you heard in the first 2 seconds, although I did hear voices.
To me the voices sound a bit annoyed and angry but I think that might be because they are robotic.
I did however hear “Did you wipe?” which spooked me out a little.
I am a strong believer in paranormal phenomina and I am now scared that ghost are watching me on the toilet.
Lmao.
At one point when I first listened to it I thought I heard someone say “Why are you here?” but on the second listen I couldn’t hear that so I can’t say if I heard it for sure.
I will keep on listening and let you know if I hear anything else.
