"I was up around 2:30 a.m. in a darkened room, sitting on a couch watching TV, as I couldn't sleep," says Neal. "With nothing more than the emanation from my cathode-ray tube, from the corner of my right eye I saw a luminescent, free-form apparition enter from my bedroom, hovering about five feet from the floor. It moved with intelligent volition and stopped right in front of me from where I sat. It appeared, as best as I can describe, as a glowing smoke, moving quickly within itself...."
