2009 Halloween Costume Contest Winner!

Halloween is over and we have the results of out costume contest. Readers were asked to submit photos of themselves or friends in their paranormal-themed Halloween costumes. And the winner is ... The Phantom Flasher from Chris Brown! Our distinguished panel of judges chose Chris's entry for its originality, execution and downright Halloween scariness. So congratulations to Chris.
