The first tale, “Attacked at Night” sounds almost like textbook sleep paralysis (sometimes called “Old Hag Syndrome”). I suffered through it in the past. I only have the “attacks” if I sleep on my back, so I sleep on my side instead and that has solved the issue. I haven’t had an incident in many years (unless I accidentally fall asleep on my back) and I used to have them regularly. But I don’t think it’s a fearsome entity she’s dealing with. Hope this helps

I agree. I think the same goes for the ‘abductees’. They are probably having night terror dreams in combination with sleep paralysis.
