Seeing such a thing as this can happen… but to say what you do about it is irrelevent because it may not repeat its appearance again. Strange as to why these enter our realm in unlikeliest places isnt it.
I have no attic though I do have a basement, and in my basement there has been a few odd happenings, everything from noises to full body apparitions. I was down there when the power was out checking the breaker box and seen a woman over by the washer and dryer. I was upstairs playing Xbox 360 when one of those large plastic totes full of items moved across the floor in the basement, you could hear it loudly on concrete. Last night the guitar in my closet was playing music, the acoustic one, it was a good song, though nothing threatening has happened so far. This house has been misfortune though for a lot of people who lived in it. I could tell all kinds of happenings, everything from hearing a piano playing to disembodied voices.
I think another option to choose from in this poll would have been nice: Bring in investigators to find out what types of spirits are in the home.
when something tries to hide in my closet or bathroom in my master bedroom I take down my rosaries from the wall and I pray to Jesus and they flee, he is truely my savior!

Try EVPs first, along w/ video. If there’s no malice, break out the sage and some salt or other holy practice of client’s faith. If there is harmful activity, call in a professional team but remember, you may find what you seek, and encounters could become grim before becoming calm again. I think Kat has the best solution of all.
Well I do seem to have a ghost, or something…and for now we live with it…every night I pray to the hold spirit, to bring in her white light, streaming into my home, filling and lightening all the dark spaces, cracks and crevices, between the walls and floorboards, etc…and ask her to surround and protect all of us…and to surround and diminish any negative entities.
If I had some $$ I’d have a shaman come in and do a clearing…but for now I ignore it and try to keep it still with prayer.
