300-Million-Year-Old Machine Part?

Toothed metal oopart

Who manufactured this machine part 300 million years ago -- long before humans ever arrived on this planet? Even before dinosaurs existed! That's the question some scientists are puzzling over with the discovery of this metal artifact that looks like it's part of a gear mechanism. It was dug out of a piece of coal estimated to have formed about 300 million years ago.

Found in the the Chernogorodskiy mines of the Khakasis region of Russia, the enigmatic metal piece is the latest in a long list of ooparts -- out-of-place items that, according to conventional history, should not exist. But many other such artifacts have been discovered embedded in coal, rock, and ancient strata of earth. See more of them here.

Everything exists in cyclical patterns. Where perhaps science as controlled by government is not comfortable in informing the public that an advance civilization had existed before us only to later being destroyed may perhaps yet again be our own future demise cast in strata.

I really have a problem with 3 Million years. Looks like it was broke off a machine that chops coal. How much research has been done on this? Will a magnet pick it up? The one that fascinates me is the Egyptian Airplane. Jim

You ought to be ashamed at yourself, promoting ridiculousness.

Simple explanation. The coal is dated at 300M years. Obviously, a piece of the drill bit that is used to look for coal broke off and became embedded in the coal. Then, coal dust from drilling rests on top of it, and moisture causes the coal dust to reharden back into what appears to be an unmolested piece of coal.

Instead, you encourage people to believe it is evidence from some ancient civilization that never existed.

You are right about one thing – this is just another OOPart that has some easily explainable existence, but that people want to believe is evidence of ancient civilizations or aliens or some other claptrap.

Very good, its just another of those conspiracies to make people think the Bible is wrong, shame on these people that promote such ideas!

Julio A and Ray how can you say such things when the bible itself says some outstanding things. How can you explain a talking burning bush, and the destruction of a city in an instant without the same objections? There have been other machine artifacts found coinciding with this one that have been dated millions of years ago. What scares you so much too even consider civilizations existing so long ago? The Earth changes and shifts constantly; possibly throughout time destroying these people in the process. One day the Earth will once again destroy the life it has on it and maybe if we stop fighting over religious idols who just bring division amongst its people then maybe we can gather enough knowledge to walk hand in hand regardless of race, sexuality, gender, and location to explore other worlds in hope for an extended life. Maybe they were ignorant just like us and didn’t want to acknowledge their own mortality? How can you people mock ideas such as other life in other worlds but yet hope for cures to deadly diseases? Hypocritical much?

I Truly Believe that Many, Many ” Super ” Highly Advanced Civilisaitions
have ” Existed ” on the Planet Earth Before Us and for some Reason
have ” Disappeared ,,, Wars . , Disease , ,,, ? ? ?

Highly intelligent civilizations lived on planet earth before us. There are more than enough proof that we were not the only ones than ever walked this planet. I also believe that there are many parallel realities we don’t know of which can explain many of the paranormal stuff that’s happening to people.

Do they use aluminium and magnesium alloy in mining equipment? I would have though steel, but I know aluminium and magnesium is used for some things…. this could answer a few questions
