If anyone knows how to communicate with those who have gone to the "other side," it may be Joyce Keller. She's a nationally known psychic and host of a long-running radio program on which she provides intuitive advice to her listeners. More relevant, she's been communicating with the departed for years and has even been witness to full-blown materializations of spirits.
Keller believes virtually anyone can make contact with those who have passed on and has therefore created this "practical guide" explaining how to go about it, step-by-step. Keller has been developing this method, she says, for over 30 years, and had successfully demonstrated it on various TV shows.
Her method employs some conventional spiritualist tools such as candles, incense, crystals and chants, which may seem a bit too New Agey to some, but there are many intriguing and even insightful ideas within these steps, too.
Does it work? I confess that I have not tried it yet, but plan to. If you try it, it's important to keep in mind Keller's observation that possible communication from the other side can come in many forms – sometimes very subtle forms that we might miss if we're not paying attention.
