Skewered Dervish

Dervishes are people who are able to injure themselves, like this fellow above, with no real injury. They seem to feel little or no pain, there is usually little or no bleeding, and the would heals within seconds. Inexplicably, a dervish, like a normal person, could be injured accidentally.
