Poltergeist Prankster

My girlfriend and I are renting a house and one night while sitting on the couch watching a movie at 1:30 in the morning, the two of us heard a little girl's voice. We searched the entire house and even outside, but there was nothing. We listened to her for about an hour until the voice went away, then we went to sleep. Then last Saturday we were cleaning the house with the stereo on and thought we heard the phone ring, but we were mistaken and proceeded to put the phone on the charger because the battery was running low. A few minutes later we thought we heard the phone again and when we went to go answer it it was not on the base where we had left it, but on the kitchen table instead. We both looked at each other and said, well maybe we did not put it on the base so we re-hung on the base. Once again, a few minutes later, the phone rang again, or so we thought. We went to go get it, and once again in was on the kitchen table instead of on the base where we had left it, so once again we looked at each other and put it back on the base. Then yet again the phone rang, or so we thought, and when we went to get it this time it was not on the base nor on the kitchen table, but instead on the floor under the stool where the phone base sits! So we decided to leave it there. 

We had finished cleaning the house and decided to watch some TV. We put the TV on and were watching it for a few minutes and the TV all of a sudden went off. All of the lights were still on, so we thought one of us had accidentally hit the power button. So we turned it back on, had it on for a few minutes and once again the power to the TV went off. We decided to leave it off and we went out. 

Later that night, my girlfriend had to go out and I was watching a DVD movie with her sister, and from where I was sitting I could see into the kitchen and noticed that the light on the stove was on and neither one of us had touched it. We turned it off and watched it for the rest of the night, but it did not go on again.
