Family Ties Beyond the Grave
by Kelly

When I was 16 years old, my grandpa suddenly passed away. He was one of those people who seemed to be doing fine, then all of a sudden seemed to go downhill rapidly. I also had an uncle die four months earlier. A year later, my dad abandoned me in a youth shelter and never came to pick me up, so I was put into foster care where I had been off and on all my life for abuse from my parents. In 1996, I had a baby. Four hours after she was born, I found out my grandmother had died. Needless to say, this was really hard for me. I was really close to my uncle and my grandfather. I was also really close to my grandmother, and she was the one I was the closest to and I had a special place in her heart. She has continued to watch over me from beyond the grave because I have felt her presence watching over me all this time. And she is very proud of her great granddaughter, my child.

I truly believe our loved ones are still with us after we die. I was watching TV a few weeks ago, and I had a hard time getting the TV on - it was not because I was using a remote control that needed new batteries. I was trying to turn the TV on with the on-off switch on the TV itself. I could not turn it on five times when I tried to. Finally, the sixth time I turned it on, two balls of light started flashing all across the screen. They were pink, green, and white with some pretty sky blue in them. Then as soon as they came, they left. The seventh time I tried to turn the TV on, it came on just like normal. I have asked people many times what they think these could be. Everyone said it might possibly of been loved ones coming to say hi and let me know they are still here, even though they have passed away. Everyone said it is at the very least some form of energy.
