Another
Hooded Being

In 1997, my girlfriend and I stayed home from a football game to watch movies at her house. We started talking about our childhood memories and she wanted to show me the forest trails she used to play on as a kid. So we went out for a late night hike through a woods located in a residential area. After about 20 minutes of walking and listening to her yap, I suddenly noticed what appeared to be a person about 7 feet tall or more in an all-black robe with a hood and long cane. Being around Halloween, I figured the parents made a little haunted trail for the kids and thought nothing of it... until suddenly it floated out into the middle of the path and began walking toward us. As soon as Penny saw this, she screamed and then I flipped and ran a full sprint to the nearest house, literally dragging her behind me. Can someone please give me an explanation!
