Man in the Window

My husband and I had just purchased a new home in a new housing development outside of Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The housing development was built on land that had been previously been occupied by a family of farmers that had worked the land since the mid-1700s; that was all that I knew about the land itself. I had never really experienced any paranormal activity in the house until one night when I put my son Colin to bed.

I had put Colin to bed and I went into my bedroom and fell asleep. During the night, I had an awful nightmare that there was a man wearing plaid peering into my son's second-story bedroom through the window. I awoke from the dream startled and went to go check on my son. Everything seemed fine so I went back to bed.

The morning after, I went to go awake my son for school. He got out of bed and as I helped him get dressed I asked the question (as I asked him every morning), "So, how did you sleep last night?" My son responded by saying, "Oh, alright, but the man in the window wouldn't let me sleep." When I heard that, my heart skipped a beat. I couldn't believed what he told me. Startled by this, I asked Colin what he looked like, and he described the exact same man that I had seen in my dream.
