Blue-Skinned Lady

For years, I have had an occasional visit by a very old lady with blue skin and clear, dead eyes. In school, during the day, she will suddenly appear or I will notice her, then she is gone. When I was five years old, there were a few men and women in fancy clothes and the men wearing top hats in our apartment living room. The same blue lady put my covers back on me, then went back to the party and I went to sleep.
I am now 18, and she has appeared a few times now through the years. Just today, March 29, 2007, at 10 a.m. this morning in the Learning Center (a special learning center that is small and very relaxing environment) appeared to me. Then just as suddenly as I noticed her, she was gone. The building my learning center is in is not cold, dark or damp but is very bright and a happy place to be. Who is she, and what is she wanting?
