Anger

Some time ago I was incredibly upset. I was angry with someone, and while I walked around through the living room I became very red in the face (my face became light brown of all the blood running toward my face) of anger. I decided to drink a glass of water. While I drank, I saw my hands shake. I finished drinking, and put the glass on the living room table. When my boyfriend came home, I couldn't wait to tell him the reason why I was so very upset. I sat down quietly on the couch, and turned to my boyfriend. Suddenly I felt something explode in my body and at exactly that same moment, the glass on the table jumped up from the table and broke in the air into two exact pieces! This glass had a bottom of a 1.5 cm! I felt such an incredible relief. It really felt like I became someone else! Now you must know that for many many months, I lived under a lot of stress.
