Dark Eyes

In the middle of January of 2007, I saw something that I will never forget. I was in Mesa, Arizona and was walking home because my car had broken down. I tried to call my wife with my cell phone, but she didn't answer. I wasn't too far from home so I decided to walk. I saw these two abandoned buildings that were like that ever since I was a kid. I was walking between them and it was quiet dark due to the sun setting. It was near the end of summer and it was very hot, but as soon as I got between these buildings it was freezing! It felt as if I needed a scarf and jacket!
Then I saw him. Right in front of me, near the wall was this shadow. A figure of a man, but it was all black. It was a living shadow! It had these fiery-yellow glowing eyes. It looked at me and I couldn't scream. Only thing that came from my mouth was, "Who are you?" I stood there for several seconds and then it answered. It was like a dark whisper. It said, "Dark eyes" or "Dark ice" or something. A car passed behind me and the lights of the car lit up the alley in front of me. As soon as the light hit the shadow, it was still a dark black shadow. But when the lights faded, it was gone. Then it felt warm again.
