Chupacabra in
Arizona

On Thursday, November 6th, 2003, my mom and I walked outside the front door of our Tucson, Arizona home. As my mom turned to lock the door, I walked toward the car. Just then, I was shocked by a dark figure of what looked like a man/ape. It was crouched down, sort of frog style, and took a jump forward as if I had scared it. It made a high hissing noise. In fear, I closed my eyes and did not move until I heard my mom's voice say, "What's the matter? What happened?"
I was so freaked, I ran and looked around the front yard yelling, "Did you see that?! Did you see that?!" She said she saw a glace of something running out of the corner of her right eye, but it was too fast to see a figure. It was gone almost as if it vanished.
After telling a few of my friends the description of the creature, half man half ape-looking thing, crouched down on its huge hind legs and had an arched spinney back, with very large piercing eyes, one friend jokingly said, "Oh, sounds like a chupacabra." After looking up chupacabra on Google, this is what I truly believe I saw that night.
So far, yours has been the most true-sounding site.
