Grandma Visits

My grandpa was in intensive care at the hospital and the only way getting back there was to call and they would open the door. My mom and I went there to visit my grandpa, like every other day, but this time when we called back to see if we could see him, they told us he already had a visitor back there. We asked who it was and they said his wife.
The only problem was that she had been dead over a year.
When we told that to the person on the phone, they didn't know what to say. We got back there and asked the nurse what his wife had looked like and he described my grandma perfectly. I asked my grandpa if he had a visitor and he told me no because he didn't want anyone to think he was crazy, but later on he confirmed that he did get a visit from grandma. It still freaks me out.
