Big Screen Ghoul

I came home from work late at night around 11 and popped a beer out of the fridge and just sat and watched my big screen TV to relax. All of a sudden, my TV screen turned completely orange. The first thought in my mind was that my tuner went out, so I grabbed the remote and hit some buttons. Nothing would work, not even the power button. At this time I'm freekin' out, but just sitting there staring at the TV.

All of a sudden, a face with no eyes, only a mouth, that looked like some sort of creature appeared and got larger and larger on the screen. It looked at me and screamed, "I GOT YOU!"

I grabbed my keys and ran out as fast I could out of my apartment to my girlfriend's house. I called her on the way and told her and she just laughed. I got there and made her come back with me. The TV was now black and wouldn't turn on and hasn't ever since. I think about it everyday I watch TV and don't know why it happened.

P.S. I took the TV in the repair shop and they can't find anything wrong with it at all.
