Jersey Devil Sighting

My brother says he saw the Jersey Devil in the '70s or '80s.We are from New Jersey. He still lives there. He said he and a few friends were driving late at night in Chattsworth. He doesn't drink either. He said this beast crossed the road about 50-100 yards ahead. He said it looked about as tall as a streetlight. It had a bull's head, the lower body of the Cyclops (like in the movie Seventh Voyage of Sinbad). It was all black, but he couldn't tell if it had wings. He couldn't see the arms either. It walked like the Cyclops.
