Fairy Collision

A long time ago, back when I was five or six, I was in my grandma's back yard. It was very foresty back there. There were a lot of trees, and everywhere accept the grass was covered in leaves. There were mushrooms growing under one of the trees... you get the picture.

There was a party one night. I don't remember exactly what we were celebrating, though. I went out in the back yard and looked up at one of the trees. Then, what only could be described as a fairy flew down and bumped into my face. it recoiled and clutched its head, as if disoriented. It looked at me for a second then flew off.

I ran inside to tell my mom. Of course, she didn't believe me. Although I don't remember exactly what It looked like, I'll try to describe what I remember. It was about two inches tall, human shaped, its entire body glowed yellow, and it had little wings, each about three inches long. I swear that this story is true.
