Slapped
by a Ghost

One night, I was awakened by a violent slap on the left side of by face, like someone's open hand. Confused, I almost called my sister from the other room, who is a typical prankster, but once I looked at my digital clock, I saw that it was 1:27 a.m., and realized that it was a school night. After another split second, I felt pulling on my hair so much that it jerked my head around. Then, my down comforter started to be pulled down, or at least it felt like it. I wanted to scream, but I got this creepy, shocked paralyzed feeling. I heard a monotone woman's voice saying, "Listen to me... Listen to me..." then it trailed off. A lot of other nights, I've been woken up in the middle of the night (at the exact same time: 3:32 a.m., to be exact) only to see a hazy outline of a woman standing at my door.
