Spirits in the House

A couple months ago, one of my friends (no names) and I were sitting in my front room talking, oddly enough, about spirits and things when I noticed this shape of a person walk in front of me and go into the kitchen. I didn't think anything of it a the time because it really didn't register to me at that point. About 10 minutes later, I got this really weird feeling when it hit me that some one was watching me. Realizing now what I'd seen earlier, I looked in the kitchen and saw a "person" standing there - a male dressed in western with a trench coat and cowboy hat on. I told my friend what I saw, and being that we both dabble a little in the spiritual, came to the conclusion it was one of our friends that was accidentally killed by a gunshot about a year ago. After thinking about it, it really looked a lot like him.

We knew he meant us no harm, so we went back to talking. Every few minutes, I would look up into the kitchen and there he was just sitting there head tipped down like he was thinking or waiting for something. This did not bother me because he was not an evil entity, but what really bothered me happened a little later when the first figure I saw showed back up. It was a woman, short, but I could not make out any features, other than the first time I saw her, everything was black. I was sitting on the couch, my friend on the chair across from me, and all of a sudden I felt something reach inside me and start twisting things around. I got up quickly and turned to look and saw the shadowy figure sitting in the same spot id just got up from. Well, after that whatever it was left, but the one in the kitchen was still there. I was okay with things to this point because I deal with those kind of entities all the time, but the next person we saw really freaked me out. My friend got up to go outside and have a smoke (no smoking in my house) and I was standing next to him my back toward the hallway when he saw someone he said was old and also dressed in western clothes and cowboy hat. Knowing that my grandpa who died about four years ago has been watching over me, my friend asked what he looked like because he never saw him and described what he looked like to a T just by looking at this figure in the hall. Then the next night we were doing the same thing discussing what had happened the night before and all. He got ready to leave and I went to the door with him. I looked up and saw the same woman figure standing across the lot from my house with her arms raised in a "bring it on" motion. Weird maybe, maybe not, you decide.
