Unexplained Noises

I am having paranormal experiences that are coming in runs of two-week periods. One series was about two months ago. I had the hairs on my right forearm pulled, heard heavy and light footsteps going up and down my hallway during the night and day. In my bedroom I heard crashing noises, like objects knocked to the floor, but nothing was out of place afterward. I felt an electrical current shoot past my right forearm just before I felt the hairs on my arm pulled. I found a wide band of water in a perfect strip on top of a cupboard where there is no water source. I heard rapping on the wall behind my bed - a series of three raps then another series of three raps. I have heard what seems to be large metal doors slamming in my bedroom on the left side of the room where I sleep, my voice echoing in a specific corner in my kitchen when I speak. This happened for one entire afternoon and since has vanished. I awoke another night recently and through the dark I saw a floating black cloud. I have had two UFO sighting experiences, one in 1967 and the last one in 1973. Are they related to my paranormal experiences?
