the Key Went
One night in late May, I returned from the night prayer from the mosque. I went inside upon leaving my car. Then I had realized that I left my book bag in the car because I went directly to the mosque from school that day. The car I have has six keys; five of them were exactly the same and one was completely different. The one that is completely different is the one my uncle gave me. The reason he had a key from my car is because I bought the car from him.
I took that key and headed outside to open the door of my car. As I went to put the key into the slot, it just fell from my hands. I definitely heard the key drop and saw the glare it made when it hit he ground. (It was late night, but the glare came from the house in my backyard, whose outside light was on because there were two men there talking.) I remembered that day that nothing went right. I had a friend leave to go to the other side of the world for a month, so I wouldn’t get to see her until next school year. Also I had gotten a paper back from school which I received that day which I was very disappointed at. So I thought the moment the key fell from my hand that it would take me a half and hour to find this key, so my day would end with this.
So searched for it. It fell on my driveway. How far could it have gone? It was a simple key. So I took my shoes off, thinking I could cover more ground if I felt it with my feet. Then I lay down on my back, then my chest, then climbed under the car. After 15 minutes of non-stop searching in this tiny area, I grabbed my cell phone because I could not find a flashlight and used its internal light and shined it under the car (at this point I was desperate). I thought of the two men talking by the other house and thought that I looked like a complete idiot.
Well, I gave up. Here comes the weird part. I woke very pissed off and frustrated that I couldn’t even find a damn key on a tiny area of ground. I went to the dressing table and found it there! It was there, the sixth different key, the only one of its kind. I thought my mom or dad or sister found it and left it there because they all knew about it. When I asked my sister, she gave a look like, Why would she even consider helping me out? Then I asked my dad and he told me he has no idea. Then later that day I saw my mom talking to my sister. My mom said, "My own son is trying to play games with me and trying to freak me out." Then I knew that she did not do it. So I hope you believe this because this is a true story.
