Phantom
in Boots

I've been with my boyfriend for two years now. The other day we had to take him to the hospital for a bum knee. On the way back, his mom and dad told me this unbelievable story that's true!
When my boyfriend was a little boy, he started having these dreams or visions because he was awake most of the time. He started seeing snakes, they were everywhere, on the bed, the floors, everywhere. But by the time his father made it to the bedroom, all the snakes would disappear. Now I know what you're thinking: it's just a little kid's imagination. But things started to get stranger.
One day as his dad was getting ready for work (and you must remember this was in a room full of people). His mom told me that David told his dad that he would get his boots for him. His mom said the hair stood up on the back of her neck when she saw those boots walk across the room, as if someone's feet were in them! Those boots shuffled all the way across the room to his dad. I asked everyone that was in the room that day, and they all swore up and down that it happened.
They took my boyfriend to the hospital and all they could do was put him in a padded room because they didn't have the experience in the Arkansas hospitals to deal with this kind of behavior. Ever since he was put in that room, he hasn't had his so-called "powers." But his mom proceed to tell me that David's older brother Donnie can see the past, and David can see the future. David told his dad one day that he would get a phone call from his boss saying that they would have to throw hay bales that night because it was going to rain the next day. Sure enough, his dad got the phone call saying his boss had 90 bales on the ground and they got to get a move on before it rains tomorrow!
All of it sounds crazy, I know, but it's true!
