Hovering Black Shape
by Art R.

When I was visiting my brother-in-law's house, which had been owned by a psychiatrist who had two of his wives commit suicide, I woke up one night to see a black shape like a spirit hovering over me in the bed. My wife was lying next to me at the time. It felt like a malevolent presence - but I would also describe it as being confused. I yelled out at the spirit, "Who are you? Get out of here!" Because I was startled. My wife woke up and asked me what had happened. It didn't feel like a dream because when I'm dreaming I know it and my dreams never take place in the room I'm sleeping in. The next time I saw a ghost I woke one night at my own house to go to use the restroom. I looked over in the closet and there was ghost sitting in a squatting position in our closet. It looked like a child. I was startled and the ghost looked confused also. Anyway, I once again yelled, "Get out of here!" I don't know why I yell when I see them, but I guess they startle me. That is the only two times in my life that I've seen a ghost. Both times I got the feeling that they were confused and didn't know where they were. I am a Pisces - snake - and my wife says that Pisces are supposed to be somewhat psychic so I guess that is why I have seen them. The other night I was watching them draw the balls for the Illinois lottery and right before they drew them I guessed the first three; but when I buy lottery tickets well in advance I never win anything. I guess if I am psychic I'm not a very good one!
