Upstairs Ghost

This happened and scared me half to death. My husband and I were going to bed and I often stay up and read. We have side lights in shelves on the headboard of our bed. So on this night I turned on the light on my side of the bed and started to read. I decided I was hungry and went down to the kitchen to get a snack. Of course, I left the light on in our bedroom because I was coming back to do more reading. Well, I was coming up the stairs and noticed it was awfully dark in our bedroom. I thought that the light bulb blew out or something. I turned on our bathroom light so I could see and was really freaked when I noticed the cord on my side of the bed was completely unplugged. Who unplugged it? I asked my husband and he didn't. Of course he sleeps so sound I knew it wasn't him anyway. My kids were asleep and wouldn't have come into our bedroom at that time of night. Plus, I would have heard them get up downstairs. I can't explain it and it really is weird. It gave me cold chills all over!!
