The Caped
Phantom

I have been searching for a long time for anyone who has seen the same
"man" that I have. When I was about 10 years old, I saw him for the first time. He seems to be
a very tall man from a different era judging by his clothing. He wears a black
outfit with a cape, boots and his face is not clear. He first came to me at a
time of great stress in my life. I believed then as I do now that he comes at
such a time because he likes to feel the pain of people. The second time I saw
him was when I was about 13 years old. A friend of mine would commit suicide
around the same time that I saw the "man." I have seen him on two
other occasions and I fear him.
Recently I have discovered another person who has seen him and described to
me in great detail what he appears as. She also fears him and has only seem
him in her dreams at this point. She also was young when she first encountered
him. I have purposely left out one detail that only someone who saw him could
state.
