Aunt Aggie's Ghost
by G.T.

We inherited my Aunt Agnes's organ. She loved her organ, buying it when it was new many years ago. She would sit and play for hours. She had a great talent. She knew I could play a little bit and she would always encourage me to play music. She was also an extremely prim and proper lady. She died several years ago and her organ sat at her house. Many years later, when her husband was put into a hospice, her son gave me the organ since he knew that I could somewhat play.

Strange things started to occur as soon as the organ was in my home and I played a melody on it. As soon as I started playing, I had a strong feeling that someone was there in the room with me. I thought I heard singing very softly but dismissed it.

I didn't tell my daughter anything. Shortly after, my daughter, alone in the house, started to play with the organ. She doesn't know how to play, but was just creating music. She is very intuitive. She definitely heard singing while she was playing this music. She stopped playing, because of what she heard, but the singing continued. It frightened her. She told me what had happened.

Many times, as my daughter and/or I would be in a room, we could feel the spirit enter the room and want to join us. It was a friendly spirit. It was definitely female. Neither my daughter nor I would play the organ again, but things began to get "bigger."

My daughter was the first to see this entity. My daughter is on a dance team and was practicing her dance routine in our living room. It has windows all across the entire two sides of it. My daughter was watching her reflection in the windows was she danced. All of a sudden she realized that there were two dancing in sync. My daughter stopped but the entity continued to dance. It really scared her.

When I saw the entity, it was really early in the morning. I awoke and saw someone, who I thought was my daughter, standing in front of the large mirrors in the dressing area of my bedroom. She was primping, turning back and forth looking at herself in the mirrors. Thinking it was my daughter, I said, "Good morning!" The female just kept looking at herself, primping back and forth, in the mirrors as if I hadn't said anything. I suddenly realized that this is not my daughter but must be the entity who has entered our home. I said, "Hello." She stopped, stared at me and slowly faded away. I could not make out her face but I could see all the rest of her.

I had recently divorced and my oldest son had moved out. It was just my daughter and myself living in our home now. I really believe that the entity was Aunt Aggie but at a young age. This was a "girl's" house now and she was so enjoying it with us. When my uncle died (her husband), shortly thereafter, she left our home. My daughter or I did not want to play the organ. I gave it away.
