Blood
from the Sky
by ft
Last month I was in my yard in the country near Hot Springs, Arkansas. I heard what sounded like sleet falling, but we I tracked the sound, turned out it was small tan/brown particles falling from a perfectly blue sky. No clouds anywhere and weather was great. The substance was a uniform size and looked somewhat the size of lawn fertilizer. It was collecting very rapidly and I was able to collect 1/3 cup of it in an hour. It was all over my yard, and I called a relative across town and she had it falling also - 15 miles away.
I called a local talk radio station on the air and asked others to watch for it. I took the sample I collected to the radio station, and he said it looked like it was freeze-dried type particle about the size of freeze-dried instant coffee. He had heard of others who had a similar substance analyzed and it turned out to be blood! But he joked and said it was probably manna. I don't know because I could not afford to take it to a lab. But there were no planes or anything up in the sky for it to fall from.
