Beautiful UFO Sighting
by Michelle G.

It was a hot night and I was in deep sleep. I heard a humming sound near my ear, so I slightly slapped the fly. I heard it again, so I swayed my hand again. I wanted that dirty vermin away. The sound still didn't go away and it started to get louder. It sounded like it was coming from outside, so I got up and opened my window. The buzzing sound was really loud and when I looked at the sky, I saw an object floating around. I thought it was a plane, but when I concentrated on it, it was a round spacecraft. It was just sitting there rotating. I stood there watching it for the longest time wondering why wasn't it moving. I looked at the time it was around 12:30 a.m. I just stood there in a trance thinking, why is it not moving! All of a sudden, it moved to the left then the right then to the left again! It traveled so fast! Then the UFO stopped. White lights started to show and then red ones. I could see the lights spinning around. The red lights popped out of the object like lasers, still spinning. I was so amazed by it - it was like I was hypnotized. A shooting star flew right above it. It was beautiful! The UFO zipped to the right and the humming sound became louder. The UFO was gone. I checked the time again, it was 2:30 a.m. This was actually my second encounter with a UFO. I saw one when I was five years old with my brother. I vaguely remember it, we were in the bathroom looking at the sky. Then we saw this flying object that looked like UFOs in the movies. It was great!
