Scolding Ghost

This happened when I was about six years old in 2000. We just moved into our new house off base, in San Antonio, Texas. It was about our third day in, because my parents' bed had arrived that day, and they weren't sleeping on the couches anymore. So I was lying in my bed, and I shared a room with my little sister. I couldn't sleep, because for the last two nights I've been hearing strange creeks, and my parents said it was just the house.
Well, I was starting to hear these creeks again, and I looked over to my sister, sleeping soundly, and drooling. She was about 4 years old. Then I heard something I hadn't heard the nights before. My name. A voice was saying my name, barely audible, but it was my name. The voice sounded like it was in a whisper, yet I could hear it somewhat clearly. I stood up. I was going to get my parents, but when I opened the door, I heard the voice get a little louder. I didn't know what to do, but I thought, what if it was my mom calling me.
So I walked down the short hallway into the living room. From the living room you can see into the kitchen (it was a rather small house) and there is just a little light that comes through the back door from the light on the back porch we keep on. There, in the kitchen, about 50 feet away, was the shape of a little girl. I couldn't see features, but I could tell it was a little girl, because she was shorter than me. She had long hair, and I could tell she had on a dress. She whispered, "Alex... come here, Alex!" She seemed like she was scolding me. I had a bad feeling, so I just ran back to my room crying, and went under my covers.
When I told my parents, they said it must've been a bad dream. I've had a lot of ghostly experiences, so to say, but this one is one of the most.... memorable ones.
