Your True Tales Ghost of a Dog This happened in April or May of 2003 when I was 17. I was dead asleep when I got an odd feeling and sat up fully awake right away and looked at the foot of my bed. There was a large black dog sitting by my feet with its head down, almost like it was glaring at me. I thought it was my young, black lab, Katie, so I reached out to pet her, then push her off my bed and back onto her own. When my hand touched her, it passed through her! The dog made a motion like it was licking my arm, then it vanished. When I looked, I saw that my dog was fast asleep in my closet. The next morning when I woke up, I realized it had to have been the ghost of my first lab that had passed away nine years earlier saying good-bye before finally moving on, because I haven't seen the dog since it happened. < Previous story | Next story >
