The Ouija Answers
by Barrie B.

Many years ago, some friends were over for a visit. They had a Ouija board with them. We all gathered around the table, lit candles, and turned the light down low. I don't believe in this malarkey, but to keep them happy I went along with their silly game. When it came my turn to ask the spirit a question, I asked something that for 100% no one at that table knew about. I asked it, "Who brought me my dad's war metals?" It started to spell C-O-U, and I started laughing as it was Donald who had brought them. The planchette moved on and spelt, COUSIN. You see, Donald is my cousin and no one there even knew him, about the metals or anything. Next I asked it what was my most cherished thing in my home. We all had to literally follow the planchette across the room where it stopped over a tiny lamp. This lamp is by far the most cherished item I own. My brother built it shortly before he died. Once again, no one knew a thing about it. It scared me so bad I have never played with a Ouija board since, and this was 18 years ago.
