Phantom
Dad

When I was about seven years old, I shared the bedroom with my brother, John. My brother slept in the bed by the door and I slept in the bed by one of the windows. There used to be a desk over by the window where I slept, but it was gone then. It was after 11 p.m. My father came upstairs to my bedroom. When he came in the room, he appeared translucent. Anyway, he came in our bedroom, walked across the room, started opening the drawers of the desk (that wasn't there) and appeared to be searching for something. A few years earlier, my brother John had been stealing silver dollars out of the top drawer of my dad's dresser. I tried to wake my brother by calling him, but he was fast asleep. I, being a pretty brave kid, stuck my foot out, and it passed right through him. As it passed through him, my foot got very cold! Needless to say, I ran down the stairs screaming and awoke my mother and father out of their sleep. They tried to convince me that I was sleeping, but I was awake the entire time. My father did say that he was in a very deep sleep. Was it an out-of-body experience for him?
