My Dog Sees Ghosts

I own a small dog that sees a ghost that's in my hallway. Sometimes she will sit on the floor and stare out into the hallway when every one in the house is asleep and even the cats are taking a nap. There are times when my son isn't home and my daughter and husband are in bed and things come up missing in the frig and everyone says they didn't take anything. My dog sometimes follows me around the house and she will look behind me and start growling like there's something following us. I've heard a strange man's voice and it wasn't my son or my husband. I was told that a teenager my son's age died in our house from a drug overdose.
