Rego Park Ghost

This ghostly experience occurred when I was in 5th grade in November 2005 in my home where I use to live in America, New York in an area called Rego Park. This story is true, so believe what you are reading.
My parents and my brother and I had just moved into this house. I was in my room and was staring at the window. It was about 8 p.m. and the lights were off. I was looking at the window because my next-door neighbor was having a party in their backyard, having drinks and everything. I was just seeing what they were doing. Suddenly I saw at the corner of my eye a figure of a girl, maybe a few years older than I, was standing right beside me. She looked really innocent. She was wearing a ragged shirt and skirt, really old-fashioned type, but her hair was kind of messy. I wanted to take a better look at the girl, but when I turned to see her whole appearance, she vanished into thin air.
A few weeks later, the same girl appeared in my room, except this time she was behind me and was walking toward me, but when I turned around to see, she disappeared again. A few days later, I asked the housekeeper if there were some other houses built before this house or anyone living here before us. The housekeeper told us that before this house was built, there used to be a church and that there were burials and dead bodies taken in the church, so I guess that explains the ghostly girl that has been haunting me.
