Mother's
Doppelganger When I was eight years old, I was living in Fresno, California. The house we lived in had only one bedroom. My brother and sister and I slept in the living room, and my parents shared the bedroom. One morning I suddenly woke up, but it was really bright and sunny all around the room. The living room faced the kitchen, so I looked directly at the kitchen and I saw a lady that looked exactly like my mom standing at the kitchen. I just lay there staring at her, and then she turned around and saw me. She started really slowly coming toward me. At this point I was wondering what my mom was doing, why she didn't talk to me. I wasn't scared because I thought it was my mom. She finally walked in, stood right beside me, reached down and slapped my forehead really hard. It was painful! I didn't know what to do because I was frozen. Finally, she walked back really slowly. I thought she was going back to my mom's bedroom, but instead she slowly walked toward the wall put one leg into the wall and disappeared. |
