Spirit Attractor
by LaLuna Girl

My story starts several years ago when I was scared awake by a figure of an elderly woman leaning over me in bed. It scared me so much that I actually rolled across our king-size bed and over my husband and landed on the floor on his side of the bed. I would see her occasionally in the hallway when I would get up in the nighttime to go to the kitchen. She would just pass me and disappear into our hallway closet. This did not really bother me so much after the first time, but I did mention it to a believer at work. She asked me if I had ever just simply asked her to leave. The next time I saw her, I told her she needed to move on and go into the light. She disappeared into the closet as usual and has not been seen since. But the story does not end here.

A couple of months later, I awakened and saw an apparition at the end of my bed. It was an approximately 40-50-year-old man dressed in clothing that would have been appropriate around the Great Depression. He was dressed in beige overalls and a flannel shirt. He was glowing and sitting watching me, suspended about six feet above the ground. He had a totally evil presence about him and I was terrified. I did not sleep for a week. I finally asked my husband to switch sides of the bed with me, but it did not end there. I would be sleeping, glued to my husband's body, and yet I would feel the bed being kicked repeatedly at the end. If I ignored him long enough, he would start walking on the bed. Totally scary, and of course my husband never felt or heard a thing. Once again, I went to my friend at work. She gave me a charm and the taunting stopped.

Several months later, there was a tragic murder of a young man in our apartment complex. I was awakened one night by my husband screaming at someone in the doorway! He was telling "them" that I could not help them and that they should go away. After he calmed down, he informed me that I had been waking up three or four times a night for the past several nights, sitting up in bed and turning the light on saying, "I needed to help that guy." He'd tell me there was no one there and I would shut off the light only to do it again a while later. I never saw him again.

My friend tells me that she thinks I am a "spirit attractor" and that they are coming to me for help.
