Ginger and Momo

A couple of months ago, around June, 2007, I started having visions and hearing voices. I thought I was just imaging things. And me being 12, I didn't believe that it could be real. But then something proved it... I started seeing things.
These things were usually dark and didn't speak much. But then a girl my age came along. I named her "Momo". I didn't see her for about a week. So I forgot about her. I went on vacation. On this vacation I saw her true form. In my dream... I saw a girl in a nightgown following me to the river. I thought nothing of it. So later on that day I went down to the river... I almost died that day.
After that she became more aggressive. Calling after me, "Ginger! Ginger! Come and play with me!" And laughing as she said it. I was scared out of my right mind. This kept happening for about a month or so.
Then one night as I was in bed I looked out into the darkened hall. It was a gray figure dragging Momo. I was so afraid. I waited for the gray figure to come out. It did. I tried saying something, but my voice was gone. The figure just nodded and walked away... I tried forgetting that, but now I have a spirit following me. I saw her a couple of nights ago. Sitting behind me just looking at the ground. I noticed that she looks exactly like me. But stranger eyes. Her eyes were a sort of a dark color. When I turned around to face her, she looked up and left.
I am really freaked out at this point, so in the morning I decided to go out with my mom. As I was getting out of the car with my mom already in the building, I looked around me. She wasn't there in figure, but she was there in feeling. I started walking toward the building and she started saying, "Ha ha. You need help. Do you need help?" And stuff that wasn't making sense. She is still following me, but hasn't shown her face.
