Farm Haunting

We lived on a farm until four years ago where strange things happened. My daughter had a baby and moved home. The baby, when he became slightly older would laugh and smile at "someone" we could not see. Doors would shut (occasionally) on their own. We would always see someone or a figure passing by a window going towards the front door, but no one was ever there. Once, we were sitting at the kitchen table with a realtor friend, discussing selling the farm, and a basket that was over the kitchen bar (five FEET BEHIND HIM! ) came arcing down and just missed his head. A few seconds later a glass on the drainboard crashed to the floor. Later that same night while lying in bed discussing the days events, the hamper in our bedroom fell over. Other than that the things there were pretty harmless.

My daughter saw a little boy in knickers in the barn who would not answer her when she spoke to him. Another time my strapping 6'2" son came barreling up from the barn hollering and zoomed right past me. (I was on my way to the barn to see if he needed help feeding the horses) When I got there, they were very restless. I went back to the house and he told me that when he went to leave the barn, there was a shimmering white light coming towards him and blocking his exit. He ran around the aisle to the other side and it was again in front of him. He leaped over a stall front and out over the bottom of a Dutch door to the outside and didn't stop running until he got to the house. We later bought another house but kept the farm and my daughter stayed there. When she moved we rented it out and the family liked it so much that they asked to buy it even though they were experiencing strange phenomena. They still live there.
