at Denny's

In 1990, I was working at a Denny's restaurant in Seattle, Washington. I was holding an empty bus-tub, when all of a sudden, my feet started to feel a tingly sensation, like they are becoming numb -- a falling asleep sensation that went up my entire body. Then my ears started to ring, then I felt I could not move. I tried, but I could not. Then I saw thousands of tiny silvery things floating around in front of me, then total blackness.
All of a sudden, I would say within two seconds, I had this extremely strong sensation of two magnets pulling apart from each other. I -- my SPIRIT -- floated up and out of this body at a 45 degree angle, head first, floating up about 4-1/2 or 5 feet above this body. I had the same body I had below me, arms, legs, etc. But when I put my right spiritual arm in front of my face, all I could see was NOTHING, just air, and the room I was in. I put my right SPIRITUAL arm, through my left arm. What a RUSH that was, felt something, but I can't put it into words.
The feeling while I was out of this body is PURE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. Imagine the happiest time of your life and multiply that by INFINITY, and it is CONSTANT! That it is what it is like. How we see now is like looking under water compared to the SPIRIT is 100% CRYSTAL CLEAR.
I received two messages from GOD and he told me this: ONCE YOU ARE CREATED, YOU CAN NEVER DIE. The second thing is....LET GO OF YOUR FEAR.
I do not know how long I was outside this body because there is no "TIME" when away from the body. I had one major thought: "I have to go tell my mom how BEAUTIFUL this is! I meant to fly over to her, but as soon as I had that "THOUGHT" I started being "PULLED" back into this body. That felt like two magnets being pulled back together again. I resisted with everything I had. I remember kicking my SPIRITUAL legs and arms, and thinking, NO! I want to stay up here, NO!
I was back in this body, all my senses came back to normal. I put the bus-tub on the floor, took off my apron and I started to cry pretty hard, whispering to myself, I didn't want to come back.
I was very sad and depressed for a long long time. Then one day I had this thought... I am my SPIRIT, just encased in this TENT. What am I so upset about? I will be there again. I smiled and I know someday I will be with the rest of my family and friends and animal family who I use to be with. You never lose what belongs to you!
