Sleep Possession

I have had several encounters with ghosts and only one with a spirit. I lived in the Oberlin, Louisiana. The one that I think about the most is the night I had a friend with me. She and I were lying in bed. I was sound asleep. The next thing I knew she was shaking me, crying hysterically. I tried calming her down to see what the problem was, but she refused and said, "I don't want to talk about it right now. Wait until the morning." I fell right back to sleep and when I awoke she told me what happened:
She awoke in the middle of the night to me talking in a deep voice, speaking a language she had never heard before. She said she tried waking me by shaking me, but as soon as she put her hand on me she felt as if she were being electrocuted. It was not until the voice coming from me stopped that was she able to shake me awake.
A feeling of complete fear washed over me. I have had crazy, scary things happen to me, but this was by far the scariest, even though I was not the one to experience this incident.
