Ghost boxes - also known as Shack Hacks and telephones to the dead - remain controversial among paranormal researchers, although they are being used more and more by ghost investigators because they seem to deliver relevant answers. But there's a lot in that word "seem." Are they really giving answers, or are we picking out words and phrases they we want to hear or appear to fit? For example, Candoey asks if it can tell him his name and we shortly hear what sounds like "Bill" (that is his name). Okay, but just a little while later, near the very end, we also hear "Gene." What do you think? Ghosts or matrixing?
