A video of a ghostly apparition caught on camera. Watch as the two people in the video start walking toward some stairs. You will see what looks like the figure of a woman in a white dress walk right in front of them. There was no one there wearing a dress. You'll also see that the two investigators don't seem to notice the ghost, meaning they probably didn't see it at the time.
