CNY Spirits

Stacey Jones leads the Central New York Ghosthunters in an investigation of Fort Ontario in Oswego, New York. Previously, some very interesting EVP were captured there, especially that of a voice that sounds like a little boy, which might be the spirit of a boy who drowned there.

The group heads out to a section of the Erie Canal near Chittenango, N.Y, where there have been some unfortunate deaths in the past. Apparitions, EVP and a mysterious ghost light have previously been experienced at this location.

CNYGH founder Stacey Jones ventures into a local cemetery, where she documents some interesting responses on the ghost box and a chilling EVP.

Lead investigators Caroline Lamie and Matt Cary take the Central New York Ghost Hunters to the Homer Center for the Arts in Homer, New York. There are several anecdotes of ghost sightings there, including that of a maintenance worker. The most eerie have been the sightings of ghost children that looked so real that staff members at first thought they belonged to the day care center that was there at the time. But all those children were accounted for.

In this episode of CNY Spirits, the Central New York Ghost Hunters continue their investigation of the Center for the Arts in Homer, New York. Several attempts are made to contact the spirits of a ghost with a top hat, a little girl named Sally and a not-so-nice janitor through the use of the ghost box, voice recorders and good old-fashioned provocation.

In CNY Spirits' best episode so far, the Central New York Ghost Hunters investigate a convenience store in Hannibal, N.Y., which used to be a funeral parlor. Apparitions and poltergeist activity had been reported there by the owners. This time the investigators seem to make contact with whatever forces are in the building: they get responses to questions, some excellent EVP, and they reveal some amazing video from the store's surveillance cameras that you won't want to miss.

This episode of CNY Spirits takes us to the Brae Loch Inn in Cazenovia, New York, where there have been reports of poltergeist-type activity and sightings of several apparitions, including that of a girl in old-fashioned clothing carrying a tray of candles. The Central New York Ghost Hunters try for communication with the various spirits there, but their most interesting finds come from voices on their Shack Hack ghost box that seem to answer questions clearly and directly.

For a change of pace, the Central New York Ghost Hunters respond to an invitation to investigate a private home in Copenhagen, New York, where the owners have experienced unexplained noises and apparitions. This time they bring along psychic Hank Lennox, who accurately describes the history of the house as well as the spirit of the man who built it. The team sees and senses weirdness up in the attic, and a voice on the ghost box makes a very unnerving statement.
